Like blueberries? Who doesn't!
The Cloverdale Blueberry Festival and kicks off this Saturday. It's such to be a blast with events such as a car show, a vendors market, a talent showcase, and of course, the pie eating contest! The event takes place in downtown Cloverdale and runs August 6th, 13th-14th. For more information visit:

Another great event this weekend is a Garden party fundraiser for the Canadian Cancer Society's Camp Good Times.
The event will be benefiting children living with cancer and is in honor of longtime volunteer Jean Nielsen-MacPherson's 80th birthday. The event runs August 7th from 1pm-5pm at 16655 27th ave. There will be music, refreshments, and a 50/50 draw.
